What is Stainless Steel 310 Flanges?
The Stainless Steel 310 grade material is an alloy that consists of a high amount of chromium and nickel. The contents of chromium is around 24% and that of nickel is 19% in the chemical composition, which gives it different unique properties.   • Raw Materials: The system monitors the quality of all incoming materials in accordance with the substance's raw material test certificate.

  • Machining: Following the final forging/forming and heat treatment processes, all flanges are transported for machining, which includes preparation, O/D and I/D matching according to dimensional codes.
  • Testing: Tensile testing is performed on a sample taken from mother raw material or from lots of flanges in compliance with codes as needed by the purchaser on a universal testing machine that has been calibrated and approved by authorized inspection organizations.
  • Finishing: Any steel flanges are pickled and passivated. During pickling, all scale produced during forging/forming operations is removed.
  • Marking: Following the final dimensional inspection, each fitting is stamped or tagged with the following information: size, schedule, fittings specification, heat mark, and batch number.
